How I think. I'm forever having to justify my leaps of logic because they skip three to six jumps, which makes it seem like a non sequitur. If I could do this in chess, I might actually be able to make some money in it. Instead, I get the WTF look. *shrugs* I don't mind most of the time since it puts a smile on my face. =)

That, and that I don't consider myself Hispanic. I have to tell people that Brazilians speak Portuguese, not Spanish. That's the one that really annoys me outside of my friends.

That I'm not pro religion; I'm just not anti religion. It's a little like my not drinking doesn't make me a teetotaler, not do hate people that drink as my brother in law would contend.

Why I don't work full time. I work twenty hours and sometimes more but I spend a lot of time with my Mum. Her illnesses can cause her to be in bed one day and then allow her the freedom of the house the next but the more her health deteriorates and the fact she had a heart attack at the age of 47 (this was a about two years ago). Scares the hell out of me. I want to be there for her as much as I can without her loosing her independence and it also allows my dad to have time to himself as well. I enjoy being with my family as much as I can since you never know how long you're going to get with them.
