I'd be interested in seeing by what measure they assume "freedom". I'm guessing their criteria is skewed to come to the result they want, for whatever suits their agenda, like any survey/ranking. There's no lack of freedom of the press here, and I'd be surprised if there were any in Britain. If they mean "access to any and all facts at any and all times from any and all persons living or dead", then I'd guess there is no press freedom on the planet.
