i think i am more service orientated, if someone give me great customer service then i would likely purchase from them again, even if they are a little more expensive. saying that i do believe that in a fair few (not all cases) you get what you pay for, so if i was looking for a TV for example i would not eve consider billy no name brand against a sony, toshiba, phillips etc
