Reviving an old game...

...just for all the creative people out there!

I put down ten words, in no particular order, and you post in the comments a poem, a story, even a picture or a drawing, that contains or illustrates all ten words.

You can use the words in any tense, or as plurals.

Let's see who's game :)

Lily
Skirt
Fire
Break

Blood

And now, my effort:

She walked on the beach, a Lily in her hand
And the Fire in my soul ignited
Her short Skirt so tight I could not stop staring
The Book on my lap forgotten

A Phone number to hunt but my tongue is tied
And my Blood has turned to ice
I feel like a Child but my thoughts of you
Are as innocent as the Ocean is shallow

I say hello, a bundle of nerves
And your smile lights up my world
I ask you your name, "I'm Ella" you say
In a voice like the Jazz queen herself

I ask you whether you're here alone
And you're smile melts me within
My heart Breaks as you show me your ring
And you can tell my well wishes are empty

Especially
She ignores the phone that rings in the distance
She focuses on the blood sliding along her skin
The jazz music burns her ears
