When I was little the same thing happened to me that happened to maeghanne.. (*hugs to you maeghanne)
Even though I couldn’t enjoy a single holiday or a normal school day thanks to my classmates, my Mom made every holiday fun a joyous outside of school.

In the rest of this.. I think may be the odd girl out here.. I like Valentines Day just like any other holiday. I celebrate it with family and friends. If I'm with someone its fun too and if not it’s an excuse to go out and party with the gals.
One of my coworkers, she views Valentines Day as a commercial holiday, sometime tonight after she leaves for the day, I’m going to drop off a box of Godiva truffles on her desk.
My guy has his son tomorrow night, so I'll be celebrating it with the girls (skipping school, don't tell).
Even though Valentines Day is a commercial holiday $$$. I make it a point to tell the people in my life I love them everyday. I just like it because it gives us the chance to be silly and I leave no one out.
