Nah, the scotch just tenderizes the goat and leaves a nice taste and the curry jazzes it up some. The alcohol evaporates while the meat is being cooked leaving a good aftertaste. Add the fine chunks of the goat to the taco shell with cheese, and the salsa and I'll bet you have a nice meal!
