Should we, as human beings accept this as a reason and let conflicts happen?

Absolutely. Valid and acceptable.

Conflicts are a just a means of communication. Understanding, tolerance and even harmony would never be reached without it.

Conflicts manifest themselves in many forms. And unless you're a mindreader, its impossible to always predict which will result in violence.

People with opposing views will always collide.

The fundamental question is whether proving "my way is right" is more important than your right to exist.
