1 lb ground beef
2 cups rice
4 cups beef stock
1 onion chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 cup chopped tomato
a dash of Balsamic vinegar
1tbsp oil

Put in everything except the rice, bring it to a boil, add the rice, and let simmer until cooked...

That actually looks reeeallly nice. Couple of questions, though...
a) Does it need all that beef stock, or would you be safe with a bit less?
b) What was the oil you used?

Use half the beef stock, and top up with 2 cups of water :)

And I used sunflower oil, but olive oil should be fine too :)

Hey!

I was feeling this recipe til you got to the Balsamic vinegar... hmmm I'm wondering how it would taste.

Sounds good though! Is the vinegar necessary?

That does sound good...

I don't eat beef though, what do you think it would be like with chicken or turkey? (If you use tofu...you would have to double the spice)
