1 lb ground beef
2 cups rice
4 cups beef stock
1 onion chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 cup chopped tomato
a dash of Balsamic vinegar
1tbsp oil
Put in everything except the rice, bring it to a boil, add the rice, and let simmer until cooked...
