oh yes indeed, none of it good, i think i have just got more and more depressed in the last 5 years, although hopefully im coming out the other side now.
yeah there have been some dark times. crazy reallly, whenI was in my 20's I thought depression would never affect me, it was for weak people. How wrong was I> erm, very!
I think we all feel that way when we are younger, typically before all the bad things happen in our lives. when we have never dealt with a close famly death, or major crime like a murder in the family etc we just think everything happens to everyone else.
